I keep writing poems every week, 1-2 days per week so far, 1-5 short ones.

Life is good!

I'm going to buy the Poet's Market from Writer's Digest. My edition is very old. I will be expecting it in September.

i finally figured out what was wrong with my keyboard: it was in French mode.

ive changed my goal: write poetry. ive done some already and it's something i can do every week easily.

didn't write down dreams for the week 'til today. life is good.

7-20 check in

Didn't write dreams down today because couldn't remember. Cats kept waking me up, filthy varmints. It's hard to sleep with a one-eyed weasel-kitty chewing your electrical cords and a 20lb lion-shaved yappy grey feline sleeping on your head.

We made an offer on a home today. In a month we could be in our new home!

I will continue with writing down dreams. I am currently reading a flash fiction anthology I downloaded from Amazon, so it it giving me ideas for short shorts.

7-17 check-in

I'm quite pleased with what I've been doing writing-wise lately. Since Saturday I've been writing down my dreams as soon as I wake. That makes me happy. And it's writing. I can always use one of the ideas for the short story I am slated to write this round.

I have a million appointments this week: doctor's, physiotherapy, home inspection, friend visiting from out of country etc etc. And soon I will be moving. Packing packing packing. fn excited.

Been packing for moving and stressing over lawyers and houses and cats and eating poutine and screaming in pain at physio. Things are a bit hectic. I wrote a little bit at work. A tiny bit. I will write more next week. Gotta charge the battery on my netbook. This will happen. This will happen, I keep telling myself. Gawd, it's been so stressful. This will happen this will happen this will happen.......
